Standard turnaround is 24-48 business hours from the time we receive your submission. If you need it faster (say, for a grand-opening weekend), note the target date in your submission and we'll flag it.

Do I get to see it before it goes live?

Yes. We send you a preview link once our editors have formatted your announcement. Nothing publishes until you approve. You can request edits or hold off entirely.

Can I include photos?

Standard tier includes one photo. Featured tier includes up to three. High-resolution JPG or PNG is ideal; if you only have a phone photo we'll work with it.

Where exactly does it appear?

In the Community Bulletin section on your local HERE city site (for example, herecolumbia.com/community/). Featured announcements also get a 48-hour homepage highlight and placement in the weekly community roundup.

How do I pay?

Submit through the /dashboard/order/ intake form and we send you an invoice. Payment is due before publication.
