HERE City / Real Internet Sales, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using herecity.com or any site within the HERE City network (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Sites.

2. Description of Service

HERE City operates a network of 100+ hyperlocal news and community information sites across 31 states and 6 countries. Services include local news and community coverage, high school and college sports coverage including Game Day live coverage, neighborhood and real estate information, event listings and entertainment guides, local business directory, advertising and sponsored content placement, and e-commerce products via our online shop.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Sites to: upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Sites or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites; use automated systems without written permission; or reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of Real Internet Sales, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The HERE City name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Real Internet Sales, Inc.

5. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Advertising placements are permanent on their respective local news domains unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. All advertising content must comply with HERE City editorial standards. HERE City reserves the right to reject or remove advertising content at its sole discretion.

6. E-Commerce and Purchases

Products and services available through the WooCommerce shop are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Refund requests must be submitted to info@herecity.com within 14 days of purchase.

7. Submitted Content

By submitting content to the Sites, you grant Real Internet Sales, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content across the HERE City network.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sites and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real Internet Sales, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
